My objectives of creating my own website

  • Apart from my biodata herein I wish to put in whatever little I have done or achieved as a student, as a Mathematics Teacher in JNVs, as Incharge Principal in various Vidyalayas, my innovations, articles and future plans for all to see and comment upon.
  •  While on tour I have to carry nothing as every thing can be viewed on my website.
  • It will serve as a mtivation for all students, teachers , Vice Principals, Principals and other officers to become digital.
  • I shall be placing on my website the achievements of my students, colleagues, etc. for them to read and feel proud and honoured.

I would like the techno savvy public to view my website on the net with an open mind and freely comment upon its contents for correction and overall improvement of my website.

My Contributions to Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti

JNV KANPUR NAGAR : I joined as PGT Mathematics on 8/7/1991 and served till 1/7/1998. During my tenure I produced more than 95% Result in both X and XII. I tried to teach mathematics in an unique way comparing the concepts with daily life and told various techniques to remember difficult mathematical formulae. I was sent to teach mathematics in different Vidyalayas of the Region thus earning love and respect of the students and teachers. From 1992 onwards I wrote some articles for Mathematics Today a Mathematics Magazine Published from New Delhi.

JNV RAEBARELI : I served at JNV Raebareli from 2/7/98 to 28/8/2002. During this period I continued in the same vein. I wrote many articles on different topics of class XII Mathematics for Mathematics Today. I Prepared lots of Question Banks in abridged form and was sent to teach mathematics in various JNVs of the Region.

JNV LONGOWAL : I joined the Vidyalaya as Vice Principal on 18/7/2003. Before this I was serving at JNV Patiala in the same capacity since 31/8/2002. The result of Mathematics in class XII in the first preboards in JNV Longowal was just 54.72%. In December I was attached to JNV Longowal to increase the result. The result for the session 2002-2003 of class XII Mathematics shot up to 82%. It later on rose to 100% and subsequently it increased in quality as well. We were also able to produce a Regional Topper both in Mathematics and Overall as well before I took the request transfer to JNV Pilibhit U.P. after the sad demise of my Mother on 21/5/2008 to look after my family.

JNV PILIBHIT : I joined JNV PILIBHIT as Vice Principal on 3/10/2009. Continuing in the same vein, I trained teachers in MS-Office, emailing and useof internet in Education. As academic I/C I tried to develop some kind of academic climate in the campus under the stewardship of Shri K.N.Upadhyay.

My services as I/C Principal

1. JNV PILIBHIT : From 9/7/2013 to 21/5/14.

As I/C Principal I ensured that the quality of result of class XII was qiuite good. Two students were among 0.1% Merit holders in English Core and Hindi Core (One Each).

2. JNV HAMIRPUR (U.P.) : From 20/8/14 to 4/1/15

I ensured that the Vidyalaya enjoyed a strong academic climate and work culture. We brought out 2 issues of quarterly e-Newsletters. Both were nicely received by the Public and were appreciated by the D.C. NVS RO Lucknow.

3. JNV Bareilly : From 30/6/16 till date.

I have tried to build an atmosphere of trust and tension free atmosphere prevails among the students and staff. A positive attitude has been created among the students and staff to work for a better tomorrow. A grand farewell was given to Shri B.K.Rai, Ex-Vice Principal of this Vidyalaya who has pioneering work for NVS and has been instrumental in eatablishing a few of them. The DM Bareilly Cum Chairman VMC JNV Bareilly has kindly consented to Visit this Vidyalaya on 19/7/2016 to have a first han assessment of the Problems of the Vidyalaya and see the overall functioning of the Vidyalaya.

YEAR-WISE ACHIEVEMENTS

  • 1995 : Comments of Mr. S.Haque D.D. NVS RO on the maiden Edition of Maths model Question Bank for Class-XII
  • 1997 : Comments of Mr. S.Haque D.D. NVS RO on the 2nd abridged Edition of Maths model Question Bank for Class-XII.
  • 1998 : Testinomial Certificate of appriciation from Shri L.S.Dhaliwal, Principal JNV Raebareili.
  • 2001 : for the President’s Award by NVS RO Lucknow.
  • 2005 : A CD on discribing mathematics circulated to all JNVs under Chandigarh Region by DC RO Chd.
  • 2006 : Visited a local School in Longowal (Punjab) and delivered a lecture on “Basics of Computers and its uses in Education”
  • Passed the online Examination of Microsoft Office Under “ Partners in learning teachers training programme.
  • Acted as resource person in NLI Chd at the orientation course for TGTs (Science and Maths) held from 21.8.2006 to 30.8.2006.
  • 2007 : Delivered a lecture on the topic the use of technology in various aspects of education.
  • 2014 : Hon’ble Minister HRD issued a commendation letter for Good Result of X and XII.
  • 2015 : D.C. NVS RO Lucknow appreciated the 2nd Edition of e-News Letter.
  • Received a commendation certificate from Raj Bhasha Parishad Pune.
  • Received an appreciation certificate from Kamm Scholar’s School Bisalpur for delivering a motivational lecture to the students of classes IX and X.
  • Received an appreciation certificate from Prem Prakash Gupta degree college Bareilly for delivering a motivational lecture to the students of BCA and BBA Classes.
  • Hon’ble Minister HRD issued a commendation letter for Good Result of X and XII.
